自动隔板机的工作环境是潮湿和高温，某些设备还伴有冲击负荷，因而在润滑剂的选择上主要考虑其抗乳化性、耐水性、耐热氧化安定性及耐负荷性能。造纸机械上的润滑点在原则上都是封闭的。造纸机湿段即流浆箱至压榨部的各轴承都是用密封的轴承壳以防水浸入和润滑脂溢出造成交叉污染。造纸机干段则因作业运行时的温度较高而采用中心润滑站以压力输送润滑油到各处轴承进行润滑和散热。湿端的润滑脂润滑点多采用定期人工巡视检查注、换润滑脂的办法，故润滑系统往往指干段的中心润滑站及全部输、供油管道及注油装置。

造纸机干段的润滑站通常在标准通用型号中选用**能在滤油能力方面及油温控制能力方面较强者为佳，如有磁滤器及恒温控制则更适宜。润滑站的输油量通常应按各润滑点散热需要来计算。

The working environment of automatic separator is wet and high temperature, some equipment is also accompanied by shock load, so the choice of lubricant mainly consider its anti emulsifying properties, water resistance, thermal oxidation stability and load resistance. The lubrication points on the paper machine are closed in principle. Each bearing of the wet section of the paper machine, namely, the flow pulp box to the press section, is used to seal the bearing shell to prevent cross contamination from the water immersion and grease overflow. The drying section of paper machine is used for pressure transmission lubricating oil to the bearing lubrication and heat dissipation by the central lubrication station when the temperature is higher. The wet end of the grease lubrication points using artificial periodic inspection check note, changing the way the grease, so lubrication system often refers to the stem segment of the center of lubricating station and all transportation, oil pipeline and oiling device.

Paper machine dry period of lubrication station in standard general model usually choose, it is best to strong in ability to filter oil and oil temperature control ability is better, such as a magnetic filter and temperature control is more appropriate. The amount of oil in the lubricating station should be calculated according to the heat dissipation of each lubrication point.
