一、控制仪表部：Control instrument department:

简单触摸屏操作输入，整机采用PLC电脑编程控制器、数字操作、触摸屏输入数据，可实现不停机改变数据，生产速度等，整机自动供纸、自动折叠、自动计数、自动堆码输出，粘箱速度150张/分钟，最高速度220张/分钟。

二、供纸部：The paper department

1.选用优质钢材制作的纸板高度调整结构，快速调整各种不同规格尺寸的箱高和纸板的长度。

2.供纸部吸风皮带选用高科技材料制作，拉力层无缝对接环形带，保障机械在使用中无后顾之忧。

3.供纸部吸风电机、主转动电机均选用来自台湾的高品质、高稳定性能电机。

4.选用高档电磁离合器及电磁刹车系统，使供纸部可单张或连续操作，有效节制规格调整中纸板的浪费及输出纸板的精准度。

三、涂胶折叠部：Gelatinize folding department:

1.电机选用进口欧特品牌，性能稳定、调速便捷、无噪音污染。

2.折叠部选用进口高摩擦、超耐磨特殊材料制作的无缝对接环形输送皮带，精准无误地完成纸板的自动折叠。

3.涂胶部选用优质不锈钢涂胶轮，涂胶均匀、省胶高效。

4.折叠部配备双道压痕矫正装置，精准有效地矫正纸板坑线的偏差，使整个纸箱完成最精准的折叠。

四、校正堆码输出部: Correction piling output department:

自动校正、堆码输出部设有自动计数、堆积整齐、堆码输出，可根据客户需求设置成品箱的多少输出，并自动强制校正剪刀差等不规范纸箱的成型。

YL—QZD全自动粘箱机整机电器参照欧洲标准，工作性能安全可靠，操作维护简易方便的理念设计生产。整机操控可有前端送纸部，后段校正部，中段折叠部左端，右端四个方位进行正经的调整和操控，极大的方便了人性化操作的便利性。本机选用国际知名品牌彩色触摸人机界面及日本松下主控PLC控制，触摸人机界面及主控PLC均预留有程序升级接口。便利设备升级提档使用。整机动力均选用台湾知名品牌OT电机做主动力，并配备两台世界知名品牌TD变频调速器，使整机同步调整，运行速度平稳可靠，节能环保高效（节电率35%左右）并对电机实施全时保护（当电压过高或过低时，电机过热或电流过大时，变频器自动报警并停止工作。有相应的报警代码显示在人机界面显示屏上）。整机所有电器控制接触器都选用西门子交流接触器，并加装与之配套的热过载继电器，多重有效的保护电机的平稳运转。机械各部外联电源电线均采用航空插件连接，使拆装维护更为方便，面板使用中英文和图形参考说明按钮的便用功能，使操作更简单易懂。

八、整机钢材选用The steel chooses

整机机架，工字钢、槽钢、厚壁方管、厚壁钢板、墙板等就采用优质Q235-A钢材。焊接处均采用国际标准连续不间断焊接技术。所有轴类零部件均采用优质45号钢材调制处理加工而成。总质量6-7吨工作稳定。
