*保*下降压力的稳定及准确性，压力能精确到＋－0.01mm。

•烫头前面安装高精密压力监测器，当产品放入时，能自动准确测量出产品的厚度，并迅速传达给烫头精密伺服模组，

由伺服模组计算出所需压力，避免因为产品厚度的问题导致的印刷效果问题，大大减少不良率。   

•平推工作台采用高精密伺服模组，并由精密伺服控制，能精确控制产品左右运动行程，使产品刚好运行到烫头下方

，可数控调节左右偏差。

measure the thickness of the product accurately, and quickly convey to permed hair precision servo module, servo

 module calculates the required pressure, avoid problems caused by the printing effect because the product thickness,

 reduce scrap rate greatly.

•Horizontal pushing workbench adopt high precision servo module, and is controlled by the precision servo ,

 can precisely control motion stroke around products, and make the products just running below the permed hair,

 that may adjust the left and right deviation of CNC.
