1908环保胶浆 一.主要用途：本产品为水性机印胶浆，适用圆网印花机、平网印花机等理想的选择。 二.特性：牢度好、手感柔软、不黏手，连续印刷4-6小时不塞板。 三.参考 处理参考： 白色印花 加色印花 1908A 100%—80% 20%—50% 1908C 0%—20% 80%—50% 合计：100% 注意事项：1.色浆总量不可超过10%。 2.荧光色浆对胶浆弹性影响较大，建议使用耐高温、耐迁移色浆。请客户自行测试好色浆性能后使用 四.印花工艺：印花→自然干燥24-48小时→过烘道130℃，2分钟 五.注意事项： 1.测试产品务必在涂饰48小时后检测，方可达到*佳的效果。 2.如需提高牢度，使用时可加入1%-2%助剂。加完助剂后，请在4-6小时内用完。否则助剂会水解失效，但胶浆不会固化或凝胶。 3.该产品可以通过60℃两小时机洗。 4.此产品不具有抗升华性能，请自行测试布料是否升华再使用。 5.因一年四季天气变化，如打样是夏天，做货在冬天。请在做大货前在打一次样，确认该产品的品质后方可做大货。 The1908machineimprintedenvironmentalmortar
