（一）性能用途：

  1. 适合一切需要上胶、封盒的纸盒包装，例如：饼干、食品、药品、纸巾盒等包装纸盒封口；

  2. 人工装好物料放至输送带，机械自动上胶、封口，大小规格可调节；

  3. 机器使用胶量大约是手工封盒胶的1/3，胶水使用量极少；

  4. 整机采用不锈钢和铝合金材料，符合食品级标准；

  5. 底部装有脚轮，轻松移动。

  6. 在线自动打印生产日期。

（1）Main features:

  1. It is suitable for all carton packaging that needs to be glued and sealed, such as sealing of biscuits, food, medicine, tissue boxes,   etc.;

  2. Filling by manual.Automatic delivery ,gluing and sealing. The size and specification can be adjusted;

 (二)使用方法：

  1. 首先接通电源，保证设备的线路安全通畅；

  2. 打开电源开关，机器开始自动加热（设定180℃）；

  3. 根据不同热熔胶来设定封盒机加热温度，待胶完全熔化；

  4. 按下启动键，接通气源；

  5. 打开输送带开关，放置装好产品的纸盒到封盒机导入槽；

  6. 自动输送，封盒机开始自动完成涂胶折盖送出成品。

（2）Usage:

  1. First, switch on the power supply to ensure the equipment's line safety and unobstructed;

  2. open the power switch, the machine began to automatic heating set (180 ℃);

  3. Set the heating temperature of the box sealing machine according to different hot melt adhesive, and wait for complete      melting;

  4. Press the start button to connect the air source;

  5. Open the switch of the conveyor belt, and put the carton packed with products into the import slot of the box sealing machine;

  6. Automatic transmission; the sealing machine starts to automatically complete the gluing and folding cover and send the    finished products.

（三）产品质量保证：

   一．材质采用不锈钢铝材型，精美耐用；全部是AOD精炼炉生产的不锈钢，保证不会出现生锈，褐色现象。

   二．三道关口，保证出厂产品绝对优质耐用；

       （1）安装好，必须经过检验员细心检测。

       （2）检验好，必须经过开机检查。

       （3）出厂前，再次进行打样检查。
