功能与特点:

★滚轮式前缘送纸结构、多轮、多点式吸风送纸，摩擦力大，速度高，送纸平稳，准确。

★吸风变频调整风量，风压可根据纸板大小进行调整，增加薄纸板及曲翘纸板传动稳定性，

准确性。

★送纸胶轴，采用气压式弹性送纸，不破坏瓦楞纸板强度。

★整机齿轮采用40Cr锻造，高频淬火处理，磨齿;采用喷淋式自动润滑，极大提高了运转

精度及使用寿命。

★模切胶垫采用美国CUE公司进口，安装调换方便，模切刀口平整光滑，使用寿命长，可

达1200万次左右，极大降低了生产成本。

★模切胶垫辑采用机械式横移装置左右移动40mm，并有气动装置控制刀模上下移动，延

长胶垫使用寿命。

★自动线速度补偿，使优力胶垫均匀磨损，并配有胶垫修复系统，胶垫可多次使用。

★送纸侧挡板及后挡箱位置均为电脑及电动控制。

★辑筒采用优质钢，内部调质，表面研磨，镀硬铬，并作动平衡校正，运转平稳。
