全自动开盒入料封盒一体包装机

用途：流程中自动完成开盒、装料、折耳、封盒。

主要特点：

本机是集开盒、装料、折耳、插盒一体机,适用于多品种，多规格的纸盒包装，配有三菱PLC微电脑控制、自动报警、故障提示、具有人机界面控制、操作简单、维护方便等特点，封盒系统具有自动开盒、进料、折耳、封盒等功能、无须人手，整机架及接触物料的部件全部采用**不锈钢和铝材，表面进行了抛光处理，外形美观大方，不污染环境。

开箱机

用途：流程中自动完成开箱、成形、下底叶片折合粘胶带。

装箱机

用途：完成流程中自动装箱。

封箱折盖机

用途：流程中自动完成折盖与封箱操作。

主要特点：

1、纸箱上前盖靠船形板折弯，其他三个叶片气动折合，平稳顺畅，封箱作业一气呵成，美观省力，可配合自动化包装机械系列使用。

2、引进新型贴带器，不用鼓风机吹挺胶带，利用压片装置，使胶带挺立不弯下而造成不能粘贴。

3、左右皮带传动（3240＊80加导条），主传动机构使用特殊培林座高精密、低噪音，增加皮带使用寿命。

4、采用梯形丝杆同步调节宽窄高低，结构设计可靠。

5、纸箱两端封箱胶带折角长度60~65mm、可定制80mm、100mm。

6、封箱机标准规格品，零件随时供应。
